This site has no cookies, no analytics and no forms. The only personal data we handle is what your browser sends to load a page, and what you write if you email us.
Alpine Quant Systems, Mathias van der Brempt, Zürich, Switzerland, is responsible for this website. You can reach us at hello@alpinequantsystems.com.
When your browser loads a page, our host receives the usual request data: your IP address, the page or file requested, the date and time, the referring page and your browser’s user agent.
If you email us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or contact forms. Fonts and images come from our own domain. The Copy address button copies the address on your device and sends nothing to us.
We use request data to deliver the site and keep it secure, and emails to reply to you. This follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for emails, the steps you asked us to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or build profiles.
Our host, Vercel Inc., processes request data on our behalf. Emails are stored by the provider that hosts our mailbox. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
Vercel processes data in the United States. Vercel is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, which it states covers transfers from Switzerland, the EU and the UK.
Vercel keeps request logs for a short period under its own retention settings and then deletes them. We keep emails as long as the conversation needs, and delete them once they are no longer needed unless the law requires us to keep them.
You can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@alpinequantsystems.com and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU or EEA, to the data protection authority where you live.
If we add analytics, forms or new providers, we will update this page before they go live and change the date below.
